Refund policy
All sales made through Golden State Canopy LLC or on www.goldenstatecanopy.com are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, custom items, or services once an order has been placed and/or payment has been processed.
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, including printed canopies and event materials, all orders are approved by the customer prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all proofs, specifications, sizes, and details carefully before giving final approval.
Please inspect your products upon arrival. In the event that an item is defective or an error has occurred on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
By placing an order with Golden State Canopy LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and release Golden State Canopy of any additional Legal Liabilities.
